New to site and new to fishing

Hello all my name is lee Ross I am from ryde iow . Started fishing in August last year and love it problem is I know very little and I'm looking for someone who is willing to share there knowledge with me like venues bait and rigs for this time of year also someone to fish with would be an added bonus . My last two outings gave been blanks so please help . Thanks !!

Welcome to the site. You will find us a friendly bunch on here, and please it doesnt matter how silly it might seem to you DONT be worried about asking questions. We've all been where you are now in your fishing career and yes, it can seem baffling at times but if you dont ask questions you will never learn. There is a very experienced angler in th I.O.W. on here called Davey. Im sure he will be able to point you in the right direction, just go and find one of his posts in the I.O.W. section and contact him via his posts.
The main point is to have fun and enjoy it.

Have a look at the island venues underneath this thread, lots of good info in there, don't worry about blanking this time of year as there is not much about at the moment.
