is anybody going down on friday im going to leave just after nine when rush hours gone i have to confirm with camp site so he can open gates if anybodys going i can tell him to expect some more tomorrow jonty

Clive........ in fact everyone!
Yes, the meet time is 8am..... start fishing 8.30am.
Following your visit, and Chris and Frank's ...... the thought is that the beach around the main car park/cafe could be busy over the Bank Holiday weekend with holiday makers, kids, dogs etc.
So Chris & Frank are recommending we move Westwards along the beach (away from the cafe) to the track which is a continuation of the main promenade and the entrance to Castle Cove Holiday Park.
From Google Earth it looks like there are 3 ramps over the wall onto the beach............. we're meeting at the third one, furthest from the cafe.
Hopefully everyone will get to read this before Saturday morning, but please spread the word!

HI guys sorry I couldnt make it, its my birthday tomorrow and my wife took me out last night (Gr8 night) but I was in no fit state to drive this morning.
