The bigger tides are the best ones to fish

No idea of the tides sizes you will want there Andy , I do know its a bloody long walk though Surprised
I like my low water marks to be a bit closer to where my car is parked . New Brighton is always a winner for me , only a few hundred yards to yomp.
Ooooh I feel a Wirral Saturday comming on , Harrison Drive for high tide and Perch rock for the low . Very Happy Very Happy Very Happy

Not much to report from the Wirral for last Saturday . Got to New Brighton to find 30ft waves crashing over the sea wall , gave that up as a bad job and moved round to Egremont prom . A bit more sheltered there but still had huge waves and a gale force wind comming straight down the river . It was just about fishable (point to note that this normally popular venue was inhabited by 1 fisherman ..ME !!) gave it a go for a couple of hours but it turned out to be more casting practice than fishing , couple of nibbles but no fish Mad
