Medway Estuary Where to fish

Hello, I have just bought a 20' boat with a 25hp outboard. My first venture into sea fishing .I am recently retired and would appreciate any advice on best places to fish in the Medway Estuary I have the boat at Medway Bridge Marina so no problem with tides. Also what bait to use What fish where etc. and where to get it. I wont be venturing out till May so any tips would be helpful.
