Fishing Last Night 12.12.12.

Managed to drag my sorry backside out to fish a Cleveleys last night. Fished(as usual Princes Walk) by the bend, got there at 7.30pm and...........there was only me as far as the eye could see both ways(not a good sign usually). Fished from 8pm until 10.45pm and all night the rod tops never stopped rattling, missed a few bites but managed to grab a good few whiting and flounder. Not bad considering I was using frozen black that has been in my freezer for well over 12 months. Another angler turned up at about 9pm but apart from that NO ONE else, only saw 1 car going alang the lower walk. Sign of the times

Anyway, couldnt give a stuff, I enjoyed myself, not too cold due to a bit of cloud cover so even better.

Will try to get out before the dreaded Christmas Hols

Me & Ronnie fished the powercable same tide, started slow but had a good night with some excellent Whiting showing at last, only a gentle breeze but Jesus it blew that cold through you, again frozen was the killer.

it has been very cold out there of late, at least you caught

You must have been in the only car I saw going down that way, Well done on the fish, must admit didnt think it was too cold but thats just me
