Blackpool pier 23rd July 2012

Just to give the members the heads up, a Seal was spotted swimming by the pier today by Birdy.
so that means the wonderful fish stealer's are back on the Fylde coast again



Nothing was caught on the pier today, i wonder why?

Is it because the Olympics start on Friday??????

Now there's £75 well invested

Probably got more to do with the Waltzers the Gypo owner has built on the end of the pier, no fish near all that noise, now theres £75 well wasted.

Off to the Gynn today for a sesh, H/W around 3.20pm

Wish I could get there too, got a bloody bowls match this afternoon after it has been cancelled twice due to a flooded green

Its shut down around 2100, it's in the Afternoon its a pain
but once the tourists have gone, around 2200, the end is ours again

You didn't miss much mate except for the bloody rain (sunny at home all day!!!) Plenty down there and plenty left at high

I had 2 flounder all tide, folk going off stopping for a chat had caught nothing. Pretty dire as yet down there.
