Tuesday evening at Yaverland

Decided on another bash for a Ray, so arrived at Yaverland and was set up at Yaverland just gone 7pm, also fishing were the three Micks, yes three mates all called Mick, confusing or what.
We fished the last of the ebb, over low and the first of the flood without so much as a nibble on 8 rods.
With work for most of us the following day we decided at 11.30 to call it a night, and thats when it happened 3 of us had a bite, one Mick landed a Pout, Mick next to me landed this nice spotted Ray.



And I landed this Turbot of 1lb 1oz.



Typical time to leave and the fish were coming on the feed. Very tempted to stay on but decided not to push my luck with the mrs.
Still I'll be back again Friday evening
