Weekend in Blackpool

Fished Thur, Fri & Sat on the Gynn at the power cable. All weekend Cod & Bass were coming in but I'm buggered if I could get into one however I still had plenty of fish in varying conditions but the main feature was a flat calm sea with Easterly always in the wind.

Got there Thursday night & first cast was a double.



Followed by another.



The nuisance pin whiting are being replaced by a better size of fish.



But these keep turning up.



For me this was the pattern for the weekend including Flounder but other fish I saw were a Dover sole Cod ,Bass Thornback ray & what I was told was a Blonde but not sure,it had no thorns & an irregular circled pattern.

god it must be good to go fishing i am forgetting whot its like nice 1 mate
