STUMPY ONE OUT FISHING TODAY

Nice to take the new boat out threw the rods in and some bait.
Turned out a nice day 12 bass 8 keepers in a 2 hour spell.
Were from out the front of walney channel.
Makes washing here down and cleaning her less of a chore.

Boat performed spot on very stable, theres much more space in here even tho shes the same length as the Shortie, will have to get a ferret finder for the deck hand. Cruises 20 mph top speed 29mph. fuel consumption just over 5miles per gallon. Could say I am a Dog with Two.

Ready for a serious bash this weekend now.

Bait was fresh lug all the fish came within 2 hrs starting 4 hours before low water. It may have fished sooner as we had bites on the first cast as we anchored up. Aperantley they are catching lots of small udersize bass, one lad had 27 only 2 takeable last week. Nice to see an abundance of small fish coming thro holds good for the future.

if the weather stays good i think its time to get the meerkat out next week then
