COOKIES NEW BOAT
Hi guys ,
It been a while since I was on the forum. Working and trying to do some fishing. It did not help when I had an accident with a tablesaw and cut off half my index finger.
I have just sold my Seahog Sheltie Telstar and bought a Seahog Trooper. I wanted a full high cuddy and more freeboard as I plan to do some winter fishing this year as last winter there we plenty of days when I was calm enough to go out.
As my boat is kept on my drive I intend to use it this winter and not lay it up.
The boat is called Grumpy One at the moment but I think after my accident it going to get called Stumpy One.
Will post some pictures when I have had time to fit all my electronis and bits and pieces.
Any one got a Seahog Trooper let me know how you find it.

Re: COOKIES NEW BOAT
Nice to hre from you.
Managed to get out a few times this summer, and pushed my PB on bass to 91/4 from 8 3/4. caught it over Heysham side in a foot of water what a good scap. Alson had a thorndack to 11lb. Where did you do your winter fishing last year?
We are going to stock up on crab, sand ell and black lug for winter. Lucky that we can still dig fresh blow lug in winter.
Looking forward to trying out the new boat at the end of next week. There is an up side to the finger if I ever become a transvestite nail polish will go 10% further
