pendulum casting

i am still trying to get it right for me it will be right when i feel right 60 % there 1st one



no stance and rod too high for the cast

on this vid you can see the pause before the turn and hit

and this is where am up too still some way to go

well done mate thats the way the more practice the better and easier it becomes then when you look back to your first cast
you find out how far you've got
