For those of you who go to the North Pier a little warning, it may be out of action for a little while?

Here is the link from the Blackpool Gazette with the story

i have a feeling fishing from the end will be halted for a while?
But at the same time that annoying wurlitzer that drives the fish away has gone Smile

I remember launching in a force 4 to 5 in a 12ft Dijon, go just into the channel and I nearly crapped myself, by the time I was in the channel it had gone to a 5 to 6. The boat nearly capsized as I spun it around to return to Knott End. I have too much respect for the sea to try any as foolhardy again
Cheers
