Waterproof Lights Empty Waterproof Lights

Post by Rabbi2 Tue Dec 03, 2013 7:41 pm

Some time ago I purchased two pairs of waterproof light that run on a 12 volt system to use on my small boat. Each light contains 192 leds so as you can imagine they are quite bright and generate a lot of heat so they must be constantly covered with water to keep them cool. The idea being that the light attracts fry and the larger fish attack the fry along with your bait. Now does anyone know of a venue that I could use thees lights at? Remembering that they need to be in water all the time and that the power lead is only 15 ft long. I thought of a floating pontoon in a harbour like holyhead but it wouldn't take the weight of a leisure battery.

Any idea's guys?
Keith
