WANTED CHEAP BEACH ROD

Hi guys,
Has anyone got a cheap, and I do mean cheap, beach rod. A mate of my son has asked me about wanting to go sea fishing. I can sort him out with a reel and tackle but I need a cheap and cheerfull 12/13ft rod. Anything considered

i have 1 for him my 1st ever sea fishing rod all i ask is that its passed on to a new to sea fishing guy when he as done with it
