Just a point on that reel Chris, it's got level-wind, which is great for boat fishing, but can reduced the length of your cast a great deal.
IMHO, better to go for one without levelwind for beach-casting.

The same advice that was given to me clive stay clear of level wind if you intend to shore cast with it
if you want a new one take a look at the link chris posted if not e-bay is a good place to start
